Although it's pretty obvious when you watch the old woman scene,its concept is novel even for a guy like me who has watched a bunch of sci-fi stuff and the plot is alright. By the way there is a show called the OA that also discusses this concept NDE(near death experience) I recommend you all to watch. Though it's a bit culty, it's great on the whole.

太陽的不規則的運動導致了全球的電子設備瞬間癱瘓，一對母女的車被撞進了水里，小女孩被母親心肺復蘇救活了。
發生奇怪的事情，所有人都不會睡覺了，醫院的植物人都醒了，幾天后人們因為無法睡覺變得瘋狂了，開始互相殺戮。
小女孩卻可以安然入睡，科學家都想抓小女孩來研究，解決不能睡覺的問題，經過一番博斗，小女孩還是被抓去研究。
這時她的兒子不小心被電死了，她又心肺復蘇把他救回來，之后她的兒子就學會睡覺。原來是先死再救回來，才能夠解決睡眠問題，影片就結束了。
