In order to avoid a taxi fight, city officials attributed a gang explosion to driver Joe Benton's wife Anna and deported her on a ship. The mayor was the spokesperson for the boxer banquet, and Joe begged them to go to the dock with him to rescue Anna (who was about to give birth) from the ship.
