This film fundamentally changed my opinion about E sport. I always think people who are crazy about Dota must have a pretty good reason to do so. Indeed they do.
Sometimes I think maybe those Dota players feel happier than me because they really devote themselves into the game. 只要真正能讓我們沉浸進去并持續思考的事情就是值得去做的。而大部分時間我們只是在被動地感受，并沒有思考。

想想也是，DOTA這個游戲從一群war3地圖制作者自發創作的小眾游戲到被V社接手登陸steam成為平臺上的頭牌f2p游戲之一，將近十年發展DOTA在賽事化起初仍無法避免“游戲vs.競技”這種二元對立，以及其引起的諸多連鎖反應

　　3.19對于Dota界是個特殊的日子，完美在這一天舉辦希望之光發布會，同時23點v社歷時三年打造的紀錄片free to play正式上線，帶著一股平靜而又有所期待的心情開始了觀看之旅。剛開始是在bingo直播間一起看的，因為在寢室，中間耽擱一段時間，終于在室友都去睡覺后又重新看了一遍，結束之后，相信大部分人都激動不已，各有各的感概，那時2點的貼吧基本都是類似的帖子，不管身處何方，不同的身份，不同的人生，但大家都因dota這個標簽聚在一起，很有力量，往更大的方向說，因為電競我們走在了一起。
　　好了話題有點扯遠了，我們還是以紀錄片本身來說，主線是11年科隆的TI1，三個主角是Dendi,Hyhy,Fear,三個為了夢想奮斗的人齊聚科隆為最后的100W美元而角逐，片頭交代了電競的發展史，那個年代dota火得不行，但是各大賽事獎金普遍不高，職業選手不好混。而對于中國dota界，在11年，經歷了10年輝煌的Ehome逐漸有點力不從心，大地震爆發后，校長組建IG，開始“整頓”這個圈子，LGD也被校長搞得接近解散，國內基本上還只是dota1的比賽
