Haylee is a local EMT patient with PTSD. She will make a decision at a critical moment every day. One night, in a routine telephone call, she was faced with a moral decision to leave the matter to her own disposal and killed a young woman with pity. Her decision opened Pandora's magic box, causing Haylee to blur her job responsibilities and hope to help those in need. Now, she has fallen into a deeper and deeper rabbit hole, into the world of underground drugs and a sadistic killer, and she has become the next victim.
