劇情：Wigstock is an annual cross dressing festival that has brilliantly marked the end of summer for the LGBTQ+community in New York City for nearly 20 years. One late night in 1984, Mrs. Rabbit and a few friends walked drunkenly from the Pyramid Club in the East Village to Tompkins Square Park and improvised a costume show on the band's shell. This quickly became an annual carnival that lasted until 2001. Now, Mrs. Rabbit has brought it back. Last summer, this festival returned and brought together the legendary queen and some new cross dressing children, becoming one of the largest cross dressing performances in history. Wig explored the origin and influence of this historical festival through rich archival fragments, and introduced the contemporary drag movement based on this festival. Wig is a celebration of New York's cross dressing culture, as well as the personalities and performances that help us understand today's queer, artistic, and identity.展開
