劇情：Noel Fielding plays Dick Turpin, who always believes that he is destined to do something more important than cutting meat at his father's butcher's shop. He is right. When he accidentally became the leader of the Essex gang, he realized he had found his mission. The Essex Gang is a notorious group of fugitives. Of course, he may be a peace loving vegetarian who believes in grandeur over pistols, but what he lacks in core highway skills is his imagination, invention, and incredible pointed purple shoes. In this disrespectful retelling, Dick is the most famous but least likely highway robber, and his success mainly depends on his charm, acting skills, and thick hair.
