劇情：This film is often called Jean Renoir's first American film (1941). Although Renoir scholar Alexander Sexonsk has confirmed that Renoir's creative role in this project was seriously hindered by the producer Daryl F. Zanuk, he did not regard most of the content of this film as his own. (For example, the ending was written by Zanuck and directed by Irving Pichel.) Nevertheless, this movie still has a certain aesthetic and fun. Part of it was filmed in the Okefenokee Swamp in Georgia, and the treatment of small communities under review is usually spicy and unique.展開
